Check-in details

Guests book online, meet at Pier 2, look for “The Bear Bus,” and show ID to match the manifest or provide confirmation of admission.

Snacks will also include Gluten Free options, and we provide several pair of binoculars for viewing

Health & Safety

The Bear Bus Staff uses trained guides to keep you safe while viewing bears, including cleaning the bus daily with antibacterial wipes

Cancellations

We will make every effort to place you on the next available tour pending space availability, but same day cancellations do not get refunded.

No refunds for No-Shows or weather cancelations, absolutely no profanity allowed. These trips can be affected by weather, but we will take you out and do our very best to find you a Kodiak, although we cannot offer a 100% guarantee because it is a wildlife tour we do everything we can to give you your best chance to see a famous Kodiak Brown Bear!
